Take part in this safari that brings you to different East African destinations where you will be able to spot amazing wildlife such as gorillas, golden monkeys, lions, leopard, cheetah, crocodile, buffalos, zebras, impalas, chimpanzees among others as well as witnessing the magical wildebeest migration of Masai Mara and Serengeti national parks.

During this safari, you will have a chance to reach the Uganda equator where you will pose for photographs, visit the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre and Uganda reptile village. Activities done during this safari include game drives, primate trekking and city tours.

Day 1: Arrive in Uganda via Entebbe International Airport

Arrival and transfer to the booked hotel with the help of your dedicated tourist driver-guide from our company and depending on your arrival time, you will take a city tour in Entebbe where you will visit the former zoo, now Uganda Wildlife Education Center where most of the wildlife is kept in captive such as the lions, leopard, cheetah, crocodile, buffalos, zebras, impalas, chimpanzees among others.

Then head to Uganda reptile village and learn about the different snake species and tortoises in this area. Thereafter, head to the hotel in Kampala with an option of nightlife.

Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi national park and stopover at Uganda equator

Transfer to the impenetrable forest of Bwindi in southwestern Uganda which is well known for sheltering half of the gorilla population worldwide. The park has four sectors and you will have a chance to visit only one sector due to your scheduled safari.

The journey passes through plantations, rolling hills and valleys plus a stopover at the Uganda equator where you will have a chance of photography. Thereafter proceed and be served with lunch at Igongo cultural centre to a visit of the museum while here and then proceed to Bwindi national park where you will spend a night.

Day 3: Gorilla trekking & transfer to Volcanoes national park in Rwanda

Head to the park office and start the day of trekking with a briefing followed by entering the impenetrable forest to trek the endangered mountain gorillas. The trekking will immediately begin after instructions like do not feed wild animals, don’t make noise, and don’t use flashlight cameras among others to make you enjoy the trek. You will meet the gorilla family you are trekking with and spend an hour with them while taking memorable photos.

After a great experience, you will embark on a journey to volcanoes national park in Rwanda crossing the Katuna border. Volcanoes national park is the reason why most tourists visit the country. You will head to the lodge for your dinner.

Day 4: Golden monkey trekking in Volcanoes National Park, transfer to Kigali and fly to Arusha

As other park activities start with a briefing after breakfast, you will attend one at the park offices where you will be able to go through the dos and don’ts while in the jungle. Among others is the use of the flashlight camera is emphasised as most of these monkeys prefers to enjoy the light, not feeding animals, no littering the forest among others. Head to  the forest with a help of the park ranger guide and search for these beautiful golden monkeys.

You will find them in the bamboo shoots where they will be jumping from one bamboo to another. You will spend with them a maximum of an hour and then head back to the starting point. Meet your driver who will take you to the airport in Kigali and fly to Arusha. While in Arusha, meet our tour representative who will take you to the booked hotel.

Day 5: Transfer to Ngorongoro Crater

Transfer to the Ngorongoro craters after breakfast, this is under the world UNESCO heritage site, because of the spectacular and amazing big game viewing. There is a lot to spot while you take a game drive in this conservation area among others are the zebras, buffalos, waterbucks, warthogs, kudus, lions, cheetah among others.

This area protects large and small mammals with birds and this has made it to be among the wonders of Africa and one other most visited destination in Tanzania and Africa at large.

Day 6: Transfer to Serengeti National Park

Embark on a game drive with your packed lunch after breakfast in Ngorongoro craters where you will be able to spot different animals as you find your way to Serengeti national park. The park is famous for wildebeest migration and one of the most sought national park in Tanzania.

There is a big number of wildlife you can spot while in this park and among others include birds like kori bustards, helmeted Guinea fowls, Grey-breasted spur fowl, blacksmith lapwing, African collared dove, red-billed buffalo weaver, southern ground hornbill, crowned cranes and animals like cheetahs, Masai giraffes, lions, aardwolf, African wildcat, African civet, common genet, African striped weasel, bat-eared fox, ground pangolin, crested porcupine among others. The game drive will welcome you into the park.

Day 7: Full day in Serengeti National Park

Breakfast will be served first and then embark on the game drive in the endless plains of the park and then be able to spot different animals like large pride of lions, herds of elephants and giraffes roam the grasslands, gazelles and elands among others. The day exposes you to big cats and big herbivores whole enjoying a picnic lunch on your drive through the park.

Wildebeest migration starts here and this means that a chance to spot the wildebeest migration is at a high chance in case your safari is in the month migrations. The wildebeest migrate in millions and followed by thousands of zebras and gazelles.

Day 8: Transfer to Masai Mara national reserve

Masai Mara is the largest national reserve in Kenya and it covers an area of 1,510 km2 in southwestern Kenya along the border of Tanzania. The wildebeests traverse the plains of this reserve as they migrate from Serengeti national park, northern Tanzania.

Other mammals that can be spotted include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos among others. Crossing the Namanga border from Serengeti a drive takes about 3 hours and arriving, you will take a game drive in the park to enjoy its beautiful scenery and wildlife.

Day 9: Full day game viewing experience in Masai Mara National Reserve

As the park has diverse and a lot to enjoy on your safari, you will have breakfast and pack some food, snacks and a lot of drinking water in the vehicle and start the search of the big five and other animals.

The lunch picnic will be enjoyed in the savannah plains as you get to rest and break. Among other animals that will be spotted on this day will be Maasai giraffes, gazelles, Zebras, Elands, Topis, buffaloes, elephant and wildebeest migration in millions hence being among other seven wonders of the world.

Day 10: Transfer to Nairobi. End of tour

Take breakfast and then drive through the reserve as you spot wildlife and exciting animals while finding your way back to Nairobi. Have some stopovers at different interesting points like one at the roadside market to be able to purchase some souvenirs. The driver guide will drop you at the airport after enjoying delicious lunch. This will be the end of your safari.
